Thoughts For Friday

Hard to believe this is the last Friday of 2011!! We are in the midst of undecorating and getting ready for our second annual New Years Eve Party. It is nothing fancy just a few of our closest friends and their kids but we sure do have fun!

I am thinking about whipping up these babies for the party- Baked Brie Bites. There is nothing I love more than melted Brie!

I am in the market for a new planner for 2012. I know nowadays everyone uses their phone for dates and appointments, but I am old school and love to hand write things down. I am contemplating, The Erin Condren Planner and the Sarah Pinto Planner. Any thoughts or recommendations?

I am 100% obsessed with this dress Mackenzie wrote about on her blog this week. Need it for my Spring wardrobe!
Rachel Pally Stripe CutOut Dress

I am convinced my little man is going to be famous artist. Check out his latest work of art. As hard as I try I can never create anything as fabulous as what he paints! Or maybe I am just biased because he is my son!

Hope you all have a festive and happy New Years! I will be wearing my new JCrew leopard dress

and undoubtedly drinking lots of this!

Oh and the best part- I have an amazing house cleaner for the next day. He is pretty good with a vacuum...

HAPPY NEW YEARS DOLLS!

I've got the Erin Condren planner and for the most part love it! I only wish the full calendar month pages were a little bigger! Only because I like to see the month at a glance!

Happy New Years!

The baked brie bites look amazing. We are hosting the same type of party at our place this Saturday. I am a big fan of traditional planners, too. I like the Sara Pinto version. Have a great NYE!

Hey girl! Hope you had a great Christmas. I got the Erin Condren planner in the chevron (teal) pattern in September and love it! It has lots of stickers to signify doctor appts, hair cuts, etc, and comes with cute calling cards too. A definite plus! Happy New Year!

I got the Erin Condren planner for Christmas and filled it all in yesterday. I love it and love the notes pages since I usually forget things unless I write them down :(

Happy New Year

And Sterling is precious!

So many great things to say about this post! I have the Erin Condren planner and have nothing but great things to say about it-if you do get it I put clear packaging tape over the tabs because they will start to bend. That JCrew dress looks amazing on you and I fell in love with the Rachel Pally dress when Mackenzie posted it as well. Enjoy the baked brie bites if you make them-they look ah-ma-zing! Happy, happy new year!

xoxo,

Carly

Love that RP dress. I have a zebra print MomAgenda and really like it. However, if Sterling isn't into that many activities yet, you may not need it.

Sterling definitely has some artistic talent, and I love how he is wearing his rain boots while cleaning.

I have the Erin Condren large Family Planner and I absolutely love it! I keep it on my kitchen desk on a cookbook stand. I also have the smaller binder planner and I like it too. That baked brie looks delish :) Your little guy is quite the artist! I assumed that was a piece of art you bought ;) Happy New Years to you and your family!!

I have a Sarah pinto planner and not only I love it but it feels good to help a good cause (you know about it right?), but that other one you found looks great.
Looking at Sterling with the vacuum cleaner reminds me of Matthew, he loves it too ;)

Hope you had a great party last night. My favorite new years eve plans always include a chill night with friends at a dinner party! And I love the dress that you wore.

I have the Erin Condren planner that you pictured (the pink with the zig zags) and I love it. It is really big though...and pretty heavy - but it will keep you very organized!

SO cute! I've had Lilly Pulitzer planners for the past few years and I LOVE them! They have sections for addresses/phone numbers, notes, a page of stickers, and full calendar pages as well as pages that have lined sections for each day! I literally live out of them!

I have an Erin Condren planner and I love it. Granted, I would never buy it at the full price. I got a deal on it thru olum district. I think the other planner you showed is also really cute and can't beat that price.

I also love bri so I will have to try these bites out!
Happy New Year,
Heidi

Girl- James will not put the vacuum away! We even bought him a little toy one but he insists on pulling out the big ole Dyson and pushing it around the house! Happy new year to you!

p.s. I was looking for that abstract painting you did awhile ago. I wanted to put it in a post I'm doing. Am I crazy or didn't you paint one??
